This model is the go to choice for most riders when the drops and the faces get a bit much for their favorite shortboard, and not so much to merit a gun. Usually ordered 4 inches longer than your shortboard, but can extend up to 7’2” depending on the needs of one’s quiver or the demands of a particular break. No excessive tail rocker with a bit more rocker in the nose, fast, stable, able to negotiate latter drops. Fin placement designed to handle more wave energy. Single to double concave bottom, with a slight V. A very functional design choice, depended on by many riders.
